    Me too, but don’t keep your hopes up; in many countries when you don’t actively guard your IP from the get go, you can’t take them to court years later. :(

      Which is why I’m confused I never heard of any legal action from the copyrights or trademark holders. The Tolkien Estate is quite litigious from what I’ve heard and you can’t tell me a spyware called Palantir or a weapon called Anduril is too far removed from Tolkien’s writing that it wouldn’t count as an infringement.

        Might not even matter how far removed it is from his writing. Don’t think i could start a bike company called Harry Potter or a fast food chain called LEGO.
