    Statistics. Trans women were allowed (under changing regulations) to compete in women’s olympic tournaments from 2004 until 2026. None has won a medal in this time.
    In 2023, both World Arhletic and World Aquatic banned athletes who went through male puberty from competing in women’s events relevant to global rankings. Before that, there was no domination of trans women in these sports.

    Generally, the number of known trans athletes is very low (like, in the 20s or 30s) and their success is limited at best.
