I know a LOT of trans people (married to one, my girlfriend is trans, my partner’s boyfriend is trans, and we have a ton of friends who are) and the commonality of all of them is from an early age they knew something about them wasn’t right. My enby partner knew very young they weren’t a boy or a girl. My trans girlfriend knew very young she felt more like a girl.
Sometimes the realization will hit harder in adulthood (eggs) but every trans person I know knew at the very least they felt “different” at a young age.
