I can’t believe this is an opinion anyone actually has and that 15 people upvoted it.

Why would anyone go somewhere warm in winter, I just can’t figure it out. Actually this place where the daily high is normally below the overnight low of this other place is practically a 1:1 substitution.

Like some truly baffling misconception that people visit Arizona and Florida in the summer months in order to experience extreme heat.

Not every company let’s you take winter vacation. Much like teachers only get summer months off, and some were travelling to Carribean or Mexico. Etc. But some people choose off season for better accommodation and flight rates.

There are some provinces like Ontario where it can be warm but you also get thunderstorms almost daily, so I’m saying if you want to escape that, travel to somewhere else in Canada…like BC we have amazing cloud free skies all summer.
