Ah it’s too bad people are reacting harshly to this, BT had a really dicey era where they promoted Free Syria shit as well. There is a big problem with people reading too much into stuff that never directly addresses the atrocity propaganda (hint: search for posts during peak Uyghur-Googling era!)

i expected it; it’s clear that the state department’s misinformation game has been improving and break through news has a great way of ensuring that the misinformation narratives still get through.
