It won’t work. Australia hates Trump. Even if someone wanted to commit political suicide by approving it, that course would be constantly vandalised to the point it becomes a national passtime.
Don’t underestimate the power of corruption. Ie, he could just tell the mayor “you can play there at free, bring any guests, free food, free hotel stays”, etc
We overwhelmingly hate him (and he listed traits he hates which encompasses most Aussies), which is why its an anomaly even the tower was considered. The whole thing doesn’t make sense at all
