        hmm they don’t look like peas much? do they have, you know, actual calories / protein? or are they just a vegetable

          Speckled pea microgreens are nutrient-dense and can provide around 35–42 calories and roughly 2–4.5 grams of protein per 100 grams, along with meaningful amounts of vitamins and minerals. The left tray is speckled peas, right tray is daikon radish.
