    Compete? Why are we competing? There’s work that needs doing, I’m contributing and helping do that work. I think that you see work as inherently competitive instead of cooperative is the problem.

      You’re competing because the best, hardest working person usually gets the most pay. Feel free to jump in and volunteer but that doesn’t pay the bills

        🤷‍♂️ I work at a smaller business, less than 50 employees. Generally, we all succeed together, and things run smoother when we’re a team.
