    See, that’s all I wanted, some data! Although I don’t know any of those songs or what a skee lo is, I believe you, MIA is culturally significant. It’s just too bad she’s a fascist, now I’ll never listen to any of it.

      skee-lo made “i wish” which was a popular rap single in the early 90s

      the album is actually not bad but he didnt really have anything other than “i wish” and for the black community one or two other songs that got playtime

      edit: also, you dont have to listen to her, but youd be missing out on some important albums and her lyrics still ring true and hit hard, even if shes gone the opposite direction in her life (examples being 10 dollar, atention, illygirl, born free, all of the kala album, vicki leekx)
