Wait I’m now genuienly confused.

It … can be either an adjective or a noun.

It could be ‘a manipulator who is female’ or ‘a manipulator of females’.

… I mean, I’ve seen both, who fit the meme.

Its… not impossible to be a manipulative lesbian, transbian, etc, along with there being plenty of incelish/‘nice guys’.
