Hi everyone,

I recently released my first KDE Plasma icon pack, called BeautyBeam.

It is a colorful, gradient-heavy icon theme made mainly for dark KDE setups. My goal was to make Plasma feel brighter, more playful, and more vibrant without moving too far away from familiar Linux icon styling.

This pack is not made from scratch. A lot of the original icon artwork comes from existing icon projects, and my work mainly involved recoloring, editing, combining, adapting, and organizing everything into a consistent theme. Full credits, licenses, authors, and source links are included in the CREDITS.md file.

I have mostly tested it with KDE Plasma, Dolphin, Konsole, System Settings, and Inkscape. It is still a work in progress, so there will probably be missing icons or rough edges here and there. I plan to keep improving it over time.

Feedback is welcome, especially if you notice missing icons or places where the theme does not look right.

I currently use candy, so I definitely dig the vibe this set has. You also cover all the apps I care about, so I’ll consider it next time I’m making an adjustment to my theme assuming I keep it colorful (and I don’t see why not, I’m not the corporate type, hehe)
