    I dont really understand why insider trading is illegal. Just make trading (AKA “betting”) itself illegal and the world would be a far better place IMO

      Yes, this is one thing that will always be true: gambling is such a menace that making it legal doesn’t help anything. It’s gotten so big that everybody seems powerless to do anything about it.

    You have to love how the SEC doesn’t give a fuck about all the money being won by trades just before fucked up tweets come out… Maybe the SF guy should have used a shell corporation to make that bet for him.
