Nah, my ASD came with the ability to turn off bodily signals, so no tiredness until i suddenly collapse. Sadly the switch isn’t really under my control.
I noticed this about myself too. I don’t really get tired while doing something, but when I stop I’m immediately dead tired. Same with food, I don’t really notice I’m hungry until I really need to eat NOW.
A switch to control this or at least a warning light would be nice though. 🤷♂️
Probably ignoring bodily signals with willpower or discipline would be the switch as it would give an ability to not ignore those when one chooses, instead of me who just needs to actively focus and be mindful of my own body to notice stereotypically stronger bodily signals.
