    another “category name included in the category” case. How tf is “Swiss” a description for Swiss cheese? “How’s that Swiss cheese taste?” “Oh, pretty Swiss if I’m honest.” Also never heard anyone call it nutty, but it looks like at least that came up when I searched so I guess it was just me. “Firm” was the main reason I couldn’t figure out the category. I thought it might be cheeses in general, but I’ve never heard “firm” get used with any cheese, but again I guess that’s just a gap in my knowledge. I thought it was either hard or soft (or semi-hard/soft), never firm.
