But nowadays, anybody can start an Internet radio station for very little money. Or a YouTube channel or whatever. The problem is people not listening, not that they are prohibited or prevented from listening to you.

Well, yes. But how would a pirate radio be any better?
No idea, but the youtube and internet radio aren’t solutions either.
That doesn’t stop people from sharing it with other people, you don’t have to use megacorp services.
