A London woman convicted of criminal negligence for a crash that killed a young Girl Guide won't be sent to jail to serve her sentence

She was driving 120km/h in a 50km/h school zone.

Permanent license suspension would be enough to prevent it from happening again, perhaps more repercussions. But your suggestion is a display of cruelty and revenge.
