Forgive me for my ignorance, but isn’t Alzheimer’s typically late onset?
Edit: Whoops, looks like I committed the classic blunder of not understanding words. I thought the post was saying that COVID is correlated with people developing Alzheimer’s later in life (over 65-70), which I thought was more common age range for developing Alzheimer’s. Instead, the post is displaying a spike of late onset Alzheimer’s cases.
I think it’s showing a spike in hospital visits, like maybe people who have Alzheimer’s anyway are having worse effects.
Basically, more people are getting Alzheimer’s.
