PROVO, Utah (NPR) — This is the first summer The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has offered the underclothing without sleeves in its nearly 200-year history.
I’m guessing they must have been threatened with the taking away of their tax-exempt status like Jimmy Carter did in the 70s to make them rescind their “no blacks” rule.
Eh, as someone who grew up Mormon I’m surprised they’re not leaning into the alt right more, a lot of the members are disappointed with mainstream church leadership for being “woke” by walking back the no blacks rule and the strictness against women.
