I wonder when we’ll get copycat kidnappings and murders conducted not by the government criminals, but regular American criminals. A huge number of these “arrests” are being done with plain clothes, no warrants, no ID, unmarked vehicles etc. We’ll probably never hear about it.

That’s just it. Hopefully it’s temporary for everyone involved. If you can move your family or yourself without difficulty and have the means necessary, just do it. Don’t wait around for the inevitable.
from this news, it looks like this Indonesian guy have a pending PR application already have a family with American woman and they have a child. it is quite big decision to leave a country if they are settled already.
Not suggesting this for everyone. Just those that can manage it. I understand not everyone can just go.
