Im out of work from a repetitive back sprain. Part way through Occupational Therapy and my symptoms are looking more like early onset osteoarthritis or a similar degenerative disorder.
Im alive, but in constant pain. It fluctuates, and it was tolerable at times. Distractions help.

I really feel for you chronic pain is horrible
Im young and healthy and the pain has a trend of going downwards, but it’s slow. I’m getting an independent exam soon.
