Started reading this book by an ADHDer YouTuber I’ve been watching, and I think it’s really good so far. Only stop reading at page 42 cuz my wife turned off the lights for bed.
Anyone else reading it?

Also, why is it interesting that you found it today?

Despite life keeping happening, I’ve kept returning to this book bit by bit and I still have a chapter or 2 left, but my progress has been steady. So hopefully it’s at least as helpful and engaging for you as it has been for me.

Bruh, it’s so well written.
You can read it like a book, or you can use it as a reference manual with very easy to find sections you can just flip to and read a paragraph, or skim through the section heading and get the gist until something piques your interest…. It’s damn near perfect for ADHDers to read. Too bad so many of us have struggled to read for so long that most won’t even give it a second thought.
She published? Good for her! I remember she talked about it a while back, then I lost track. I’m glad she got it published. An inspiration in and of itself!
Her channel is so good! Her video on “walls of awful” really change how I think about my brain when it won’t do something. I really enjoy the positivity she has in her videos even when talking about tough topics, definitely recommend.

Did she happen to write a pamphlet? That’s more my speed.
It’s written so that you can read it like a pamphlet. Skippable sections, bolded sections. She knows what she’s doing. ;)
But but… There’s a cat that needs pets.
