I had just got done making my taco seasoning recipe just before going to H-E-B to buy these, and it calls for a pinch of cinnamon. When I saw them I was like OMG. Needless to say, I haven’t used them yet, but next time I make taco seasoning I’ll be able to! I’ve seen some other recipes that say a dash of this or a pinch of that, but never actually knew how much it truly wanted.
I have a set like that. They are rarely ever used but are essential when called for.

I make taco seasoning a cup at a time so everything is rounded up to the nearest teaspoons or tablespoon.
I made a whole bunch of it, filled the jar in my drawer, filled and gave a jar to my MIL, and still have a tiny bit leftover on the pantry shelf.
