Avoidant-Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) is also quite common among autistic people.
So the meme tracks in that autism brain can absolutely result in always ordering the same food.
I don’t think it was meant to exclude allistic/non-autistic people who exhibit similar behaviours, nor was it meant to be representative of all autistic people.
Im not sure that is autism. some folks like to try new things and some like what they are comfortable with.
