Ive been switching to a lot more basic recipes. Simple and comforting. I started to try and perfect my malt loaf recipe.
I also wait till aldi has its cleaning week and bulk buy my handwash, soap powder, bin bags anything not perishable for roughly the year…i calculate my est usage). I the caterers size giant foil, rolls etc Even with olive oil, vinegar etc and decant. I find that because those things are sitting in the garage I don’t just ‘pop out’ to the shops and end up buying stuff i don’t need.
