      Well, this was just plain, frozen tuna that I marinated in mirin, soy, garlic, ginger, green onion and minced red chili. (that marinade then became a sauce with the addition of some brown sugar, after searing off the tuna,)

      The sashimi may or may not have been duly scarfed.
