Well, there are all kind of people in the world, and of course there’s a non-zero number of people that will be ok with another one starting a conversation with them in a sauna or another place like that.
Like, dang, nudist people do exist, and many of them go to saunas. But even if someone isn’t nudist, they on the other hand might be ok too with that kind of situation.
Now, taking into account that nobody can read minds, I just think that it’s ok to start a conversation with someone else in a place like that, but the correct thing to do first is to ask them if they’re ok with that, and if they say no, then just don’t do it.
