Fuckin-A man… I’ve never known who the secretary of HHS was, this is the second dept of Education secretary I’ve know the name of (the first was DeVos).
All these wieners hell bent on “efficiency” go rename shit arbitrarily in meaningless ways, then spend tons of taxpayer dollars to change letterhead, signage, etc. it’s not cheap, and extremely wasteful.
Well… playing devil’s advocate here… I’d argue that DeSantis is markedly more qualified than Hegseth. DeSantis has at least performed the duties of an administrator and has an understanding of how to operate a bureaucracy.
How well he’s been able to do these things is completely up to debate. But when comparing the two to each other, DeSantis is the no brainer pick.
