Wow. If that’s true there couldn’t be stronger evidence for fully automated moderation. They’re just hitting an endpoint that spits out a “violent content” percentage, and relying on the massive userbase to stay solvent. But with no legitimate appeals process, eventually a huge portion is going to get snapped.
I’m starting to believe now that the majority of people would be more upset about not having their Campbell’s soup than their waterways being polluted.
Nonviolence can change things. Take the civil rights movement or any union strike. Not to say there wasn’t bloodshed, but violence wasn’t the main driver for change.
