  • His boot time is so short that he misses his boots

  • Who's cooked?

  • Because conveniently misquoting the bible does not make a convincing point.A recent translation is Timothy 6:10 is "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs."

  • Half a million is steep. I'd prefer if all wages were limited to something like 3*median

  • Given the service they provide and the bastion of information access they form, those amounts are super limited. We cannot risk them being demolished, be it through litigation, some inconvenienced billionaire cosplaying authoritarianism, or any other means

  • "If the US can unilaterally launch military strikes against sovereign nations at a whim, then the entire framework of international law becomes meaningless. This tells every nation that might and power trump legality and sovereignty."

Although I agree that this is bad, it is unsurprising. The states have been devolving towards this for a long time. I'd argue that the patriot act was one of the more audacious steps in this direction. I suppose there were earlier ones, I am not very knowledgeable about this topic

  • Thanks for posting this!

  • Give st Petersburg to Ukraine

  • Do they pay taxes?

  • It's calcium carbonate deposition on your html and javascript

  • We keep attempting to set up competitive companies, while disregarding that the competition consists of conglomerates that are essentially subsidised by their own overvaluation. In this context the question becomes: do we want to submit to American cheating or do we want to embrace technological sovereignty

  • Of course they do. At the very least they want Manchuria back. When Russia loses (probably by economic collapse), it will be carved up similarly to Germany after ww2

  • Now release sir killalot

  • Ohm my god good one

  • I suppose a business model similar to many open source projects? Any manufacturer can make it, charge what they deem a sensible price and then charge fees for maintenance, support and trouble shooting
