21 days agoCanada’s government has this standard, YYYY-MM-DD, but even they are inconsistent.
The rest of Canada often follows America’s MM-DD-YYYY.
It’s the inconsistency that’s ridiculous.

In Canada a sentence of less than two years is served in a provincial jail, while sentences of more than two years are served in a federal prison.
