  • He did, as much as he could once he learned shit was going down, but it turns out Iran's intelligence, air defense and operational security all suck so he died in his bunker. He's killed almost as many Iranians in a couple months of protests as Netanyahu has killed Palestinians since the Oct 7 attacks. Bibi is absolute trash, but to pretend like Khamenei was better in any way is insane. They're both completely evil cowards.

  • All Latin languages have mass nouns and most others do, too. Who refers to water as a plural? Air? What they lack is pattern recognition. "Everywhere I see this word, it's singular, but I don't notice things no matter how often I see them so I'm putting an s on the end "

The issue here is more likely having no idea what RAM stands for and thus not knowing that it's a mass noun in the first place.

  • David Brooks has been writing opinion pieces for them for ages, and he's the biggest apologist for fascists I'm aware of. He pretends so hard that he's a pragmatic centrist, but his real message is always just that we should all just behave while the rich rob us blind, which they are morally correct to do.

  • Remember how there's also a giant second city underground that's barely scraping by, and the people running the utopian city are trying to eradicate them? Yeah, not a very bright take on the movie.

  • Anything cheaper for the consumer means less profit, which means less money for bribes, which means conservative governments are against it

  • Pretty clearly taking about Maxwell, but MAGAts obviously know the shoe fits the cheeto

  • Sulphuric acid is a strong acid and in sufficient molarity will dissolve a Buick Roadmaster

  • "Amazon says the system is secured against hackers" ...You dumb evil pieces of shit, your employees and malicious government and law enforcement entities are a far greater risk than hackers. "We're spying on everything you do and giving Trump's constitution-ignoring lackeys access, but at least hackers aren't, probably"

  • It could drain the swamp, you mean? That's too bad, let's not do that. Nobody ran their campaign on doing that.

  • Boxes and rocks are both smarter and more useful

  • Right, because all little Latino boys look the same. WTF is wrong with you people? This is very obviously not the same kid that's been plastered all over the news for a week straight

  • Razor slims have shitty protection if the battery dies, only 22db, which is not enough without also using foamies. Also their sound quality is dogshit compared to the equally cheap Impact Sport electronic muffs, which also sacrifice passive protection for slimmer dimensions. Proper passive muffs are 30-33db reduction.

  • The fuck is this even supposed to mean?

  • English clearly isn't their first language, but the intent is pretty obviously "As if they aren't already making ARC GPUs?"

  • They're telling the truth about Iran killing huge numbers of their own citizens to crush the protests. It was in the 30000 range like a week ago. They are lying that they actually care about that.

  • At first I assumed it was in lbs and was like "wow, you're tiny" and that didn't seem right so I zoomed in and went "wow, you're huge"

  • They weren't regulated because nobody tried to make door handles that weren't always accessible before. Now that someone has, and it has proven to be dangerous, regulation is starting to happen.
