Democrats like Kamala Cheney keeps shifting right because that is the type of neocon Democrats you keep telling everyone they must support. Then when they engage in war without congressional approval & commit war crimes like Obama did, you stick your head in the sand.
Your best bet is the courts. Even the Supreme Court realizes they can only defend so much, and lower courts have been challenging them more aggressively. There are a lot more District & Superior Court justices that will agree with you that essentially cannot be impeached.
