I was gonna say, they absolutely would be joining the Russian army so they can get close enough to the Ukrainian border in order to flea and save their lives. Escaping North Korea via Russia sounds better than dying in North Korea.
Simple solution, the same as hybrids you simply are just unable to charge to 100%. I feel like this is just a design problem for uneducated users, who misunderstand a cell phone and fell that 100% is the only way to charge a device.
Education around the 20 to 80% guide is what I would consider a moment of “ah ha”.

all the people that imagine their home prices are as high as they are, will fight tooth and nail to prevent this. the empty house market is crazy, just look on a "social home sharing site". houses are hotels for the few.
