Ja, das stimmt. Aber wenn man das Deutschlandticket als Vergleich nimmt, bei dem ca. 40% der Nutzer die Chipkarte nehmen, würde die Fernabschaltung der Apps immer noch genügend Schaden anrichten. Sollte die hintern dem digitalen Euro liegende IT-Infrastruktur auf US-Wolken basieren, würde eine Abschaltung auch Chipkartennutzer treffen. Ich hoffe die Verantwortlichen planen dementsprechend.
