  • My beef with them are three fold.

    1. They have been around for a decade and the elderly seem to still have screen terror and freeze up and take forever
    2. There are often fewer of these machines and children plug the hole trying one sip of every flavor
    3. I've thrown out cellphones with faster interfaces than these things and the damn screens get gross after a while if not cleaned constantly
  • I mean as much as millennials would hate to hear it they will soon be the largest demographic (if they are not all ready) .

Time will tell if they succumb to the same tropes their parents did it is they get a new fun set of undesirable qualities.

  • My guess would be some sort of government service or charity whose funding is state related but is close to a border with another state.

They can probably serve out of state people but are not set up for it.

That, or New Jersey still has laughable IDs that are essentially laminated paper. The US is weirdly stuck in the past that way. Only recently have their IDs started to resemble ones from 30 years ago in Canada.

  • None of them are sales. They just market cheaper versions of shit and call it a sale.

  • Look, most toilets come with seats. Amazon knows that your fat ass broke one, the cheap shit one you just bought isn't gonna be as good a the OEM one.

    You'll be back

  • I've had other kinds in the past. They've ranged from really gross stevia taste to what I would describe as pancake batter.

Protein powders have always been so hit and miss though im not sure it's related to them being vegan.

  • I think you are correct they are definitely able to pass this without issue because of the reasons you state.

On the other hand all religion is a cancer so ...

  • I mean, Mayo is cheap, aioli is expensive.

  • I get my protein from Canadian protein dot com. The vegan protein is the same price as the whey concentrate and a little cheaper than the whey isolate.

I've never gotten it before mostly because I'm a creature of habit but might get some to try the next time I order because the dairy has not been sitting well with my stomach lately.

It appears to be mostly pea, brown rice and hemp.

  • Pretty sure obesity is increasing because people are sedentary and eat like shit.

Testosterone is known to go down in obese people so I think you have your cause and effect reversed there.

  • Exactly.

Each of those knobs needs an injection mould, each switch behind it a supply chain. Iterating on digital design is far cheaper as well.

It's far cheaper to use what are effectively 10 year old tablets in the cheaper cars. Since LCDs are being mass manufactured for other things that likely get a nice economy of scale.

  • That, and to pull them out during road rage incidents. Also pull them out when you're scared of a black person. Don't forget take them to school to get revenge.

They need them for a lot of reasons.

  • Sounds like communism, better stamp that out immediately.

  • That's one of those fun things until you have to clean it.

  • For there to be cookies one must assume an eternal cookie banner / pop up telling you this site uses cookies.

  • So if all the existing matter came from the big Bang, is it possible to condense it all back into one place?

  • Nah they just used the poors to take care of it.

Which I guess is still sorta true today.

  • I don't know where you live but I have not seen a new bungalow built in 40 years.

I've seen plenty knocked down to build a McMansion on though.

  • Spaced out is the best case scenario. I'm betting that elevator is unusable for those who actually need it.
