  • Quite rad of you

  • I've been testing out the beta for the past several weeks and there are some small-ish bugs i've experienced. Decent overall though!

  • As someone who is not in a relationship, i absolutely wish i had someone to share all the random things in my life with without too much judgment. For me, i feel/think i am very lonely at times. Freely sharing things with somebody and them freely sharing with me would make me feel like i belong at least somewhere in this world for at least a little bit. So i guess it's about a sense of belonging for me

  • On behalf of everybody, we would love it if you could snap and post a pic of dog loaf, pretty please 🥺

  • 🤨

  • Ok that's pretty cool!

  • Might as well kill everybody since everybody eventually dies

  • I will always upvote split ergo (column staggered) keyboards. Nice stuff, looks much much cleaner than the one i made and threw out 😂

  • idk

  • I generally agree that blindly hating without critical thinking what somebody supports is problematic, but the reasons for which they hate the pope are pretty fucking dumb. So 🤷

  • Ooh, i was actually thinking of when he traveled even further into the future (30 million years). I had to look up the plot again since it's been so long since i read this haha

  • I occasionally recall the imagery i had in my head when i read this as a teen of the extremely far future that the protagonist travels to. I suppose whenever i think of what the future of the world might look like. Just a random thought. Thanks for reminding me of this book :)

I'll also add: i think i didn't quite appreciate at the time how wells described the protag's experience of time travel–i took it for granted. But your comparison to timelapse videos where the book was written in 1895 puts it into perspective for me

  • Looks like a phishing attempt. Check the URL listed on the embed

  • You have a big way with words

  • Areodynamics? I'm more into oreodynamics myself

  • I'm curious on what others' thoughts are on this: do you say/write "a history" or "an history"? I personally use "a history", but i've seen significant usage of "an history". Do people not pronounce the 'h' in "history"?

  • Yale law too

  • Deep space it is
