  • I have this issue on a Thinkpad X13, an Asus TUF15 and a 15 year old Clevo shitbox. It happens every single time on the Asus, but randomly on the others.

  • He still owns pretty much every kind of industry, with his only competitors being two even worse billionaires (Glomgold and Rockerduck).

  • I recommend reading The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck, which, while not officially considered cannon, is the origin story that is most accepted by fans. It tells the story of how Scrooge got corrupted by greed, resorting to horrible acts for profit (he actually burned an African village, and blew up a historical monument right in front of Theodore Roosevelt), them turning around at the end of his life when he realises his real wealth is his family.

There is also that one page that subtly confirms he isn't a virgin.

  • It does this on all laptops. I have three, of different brands, and they're all affected. This issue comes and goes with updates.

  • Cow Tools?

  • France.

You're at the grocery store and want to buy a single bottle of milk or coke, but they're only sold in packs of 6? Just tear open a pack and take one bottle.

  • Common French W. AZERTY proves itself superior once again.

  • It's only localised in the file explorer. The actual folder name is always Program Files.

  • Webp

  • WebP was created in 2010, and the ISS switched to Linux in 2013. So there is a possibility that at least one piece of software that's running up there supports WebP.

  • Not at Dashcon.

  • Perhaps organised into some sort of domains for clarity?

  • "No way to prevent this", says only package manager to which this regularly happens

  • It's simply the best Windows. Like, it's still not as good as Linux for anything a bit complex, but at least it's actually usable, fast, doesn't feature ads in the start menu, doesn't have built-in AI shitware, and has a decent customization capability.

  • This "ackchually, Win10 is good" revisionism that appeared when 11 released is infuriating. When 10 came out, everyone hated it, and now that something even worse exists, somehow the old shit became good?

  • Explain how a killswitch that let's MS remotely disable your system is useful for anyone but MS.
