  • as I see it, Signal tried to fit that privacy gap for a standard centralised messenger, if you think about it, that might have made it easier to non-tech-savvy people to adopt it (even if it was as a request from a contact), decentralisation is not remotely appealing to them

  • aunque GNOME tiene su sistema de extensiones, luce como un ambiente algo hostil para los desarrolladores de extensiones que hacen usar GNOME más tolerable para quiere no disfrutan la experiencia vanilla

    lo cual, parece estar bastante claro para System76 enfocándose en ser modular y mucho más configurable fuera de la caja que GNOME aunque aún no hemos visto el producto final, su sistema de applets tiene potencial, y podría llegar a ganarse el corazon de muchos usuarios, estoy emocionado :)
