i feel like this is emblematic for the shit state of the world. like ppl should write essays because they wanna say something. if you can have an ai write your essay for you, then why are u even writing an essay in the first place? i know the answer to that is because your school or work commands it, and thats such alienating bs.

science is often biased by cultural ideas. biology, medicine, and psychology, have been used to pathologise or naturalise things along social lines. this is also reflected in the language they created.
i think it is important for this language to be reevaluated, as culture and the scientific view on the world changes.
with the distinction between gender and sex becomming more popular, having compleletly destinct words might for example be positive...
i think this much money does not free people. it makes them master over others. and that power will either corrupt one or burden them with the responsibility of doing the right, which let's be honest, no one manages.
