  • What, Elon’s cyber trucks weren’t good enough for them?

  • I enjoyed that show immensely, until the rushed last season. I didn’t read the book though.

  • Who are they afraid of? Aren’t these supposed to be FBI agents?

  • It was a fun watch. Just wayyyy too short, which felt like a ripoff.

  • Could’ve sold them to someone. But no, like the EV1 they must be dismantled and destroyed.

These were likely paid for with government stimulus money. If We had a different administration in power, they might have something to say about that (like clawing back a refund).

  • Same.

  • Thanks! I can never remember how to format Lemmy cross links correctly.

  • This is what these people voted for/wanted. Not sure why they are complaining now.

  • What went wrong with Threads is that it’s owned by Meta.

  • You’re really going to need to UL list these things or something. Otherwise Murdoch and the NY Post will be running stories like, “balcony catches fire from liberal solar panels!” Ignoring that the tenant probably ordered the panel from Amazon or Temu or bought it from the back of someone’s van.

  • It’s amazing to me that they actually found somebody that regrets it. Usually something awful happens to them and they still say they would vote for Trump all over again.

  • Sounds like a sword of Damocles. You should have the right to challenge unjust laws even if they aren’t currently enforced. There’s nothing stopping a bad actor from throwing you in jail for sodomy. And being able to fight bad laws to get them off the books should be a thing, whether they are currently actively enforced or not.

This might not be the way the law works, but I’d argue it should be.

You could bankrupt a district by continually challenging laws that aren't being enforced.

You say that like it’s a bad thing. Maybe don’t pass so many unconstitutional laws if you don’t want to be taken to court.

  • It’s a mixed bag. Some seasons are better than others. But it’s still better than most of the crap that’s on streaming these days.

  • Sounds like Amazon taking a page from Walmart’s book.
