Hey, thanks for reading my bio. You know, you're pretty cool. I'm glad we got to share this moment together.

  • Do we have backups/mirrors of the guides?

  • This is great lmfao

  • And you know that fine is nowhere near the cost of proper cleanup, let alone the cost of ecological damage

  • dang, I wish I had a backyard

  • This looks like something you'd find at Omega Mart

  • very relatable

  • the memes were so fresh back then

  • I recommended Kagi - its primarily focused on a better search experience, but privacy is built into the architecture.

Text search is great, image search still needs work

  • This is neat, but I'm seeing most devices are 10+ years old - is there a reason for this?

  • Holy fuck that is sinister

  • This is the funniest thing I have read all week

  • I hate spotify with a passion. Despite this, there are a few reasons I'm still on it:

    1. Sharing music is trivial (less so now due to link cleaning)
    2. I love exploring new music and the Discover Weekly feature has been quite effective.
    3. Flawless Last.FM compatibility.

If anyone has alternative(s) they recommend I'd love to try them out.

  • This meme is like a Rosetta stone for genz communication

  • That actually doesn't sound bad.

If I understand this correctly, its not about adding ID requirements. Its just about adding the functionality to every part of the software stack to go "oh, this is a kid, let's not show them ads for adult apps or new stories about mass murder" etc etc.

Less of a "papers, please" check, more of a robust "you must be this tall to ride" check.

  • Where does "I watched a lot of Stargate" fit on this map

  • There are more concerns with radiation than just cancer risk.

And until we better understand this self-repair mechanism, we shouldn't assume everyone has the same risk curve.

  • I relate to the fish more and more these days

  • This thing is gonna start so many fires

  • I found this very compelling, but when he started praising the current presidential administration it began sounding more like libertarian anti-regulation propaganda than a legitimate critique.

The sources seem good so there's merit for review, but I don't think the solution is "assume everyone has the same level of biological repair ability and abolish the current safety measures of the industry".

Cancer is also not the only harmful thing radiation does - you can also get infertility, birth defects, etc at lower doses.
