  • They’re also completely ignoring the return on investment of these funds. China is busy investing around the globe to sow pro Chinese sentiment everywhere. If you want democracy to thrive these are the types of investment that can buy your side long term alliances. But we already know they don’t want democracy to survive.

  • Choosing not to vote is participation whether you like it or not. Your so called protest doesn’t help change the system either. All it accomplishes is kill more Palestinians. It’s a fucked up system and we should absolutely do everything we can to change it, but not voting doesn’t absolve you of the excess deaths of innocents.

You have a chance to help people but you’re too morally pure so instead you choose to plug your ears while they get murdered and tell yourself letting them die was the right choice morally.

If Trump wins and Israel ends up murdering everyone, I’ll come back to this comment and remind you.

No, if enough people vote for socialist candidates and they pass a law that says all property now belongs to the state, then it’d be enforced just like any other current law.

The transition could be gradual. If we started nationalizing companies that get too big, and do that for a few generations then the state would own 99% of the economy.

If we keep raising property tax, you’d effectively get to the point where people are leasing the land rather than owning it.
