  • Don’t comment on it and just post the art -> some people enjoy the art, a whole lot of people skip past it, while the only people who understand the significance of the image are those who know the reality of the wealthy making bank with dispensaries while the prison industrial complex harshly punishes Black people at much higher rates than their white counterparts for non-violent drug offenses.

Comment on the fact there there is something going on in the image -> fewer people are skipping past the image because they want to know what the secret is, and when they can’t discover it, their curiosity takes them into the comments to find out. In doing so, they learn something they didn’t know about the state of affairs, and a non-zero percentage of them will begin to speak up and advocate for those incarcerated under an unjust legal system.

It isn’t about the art; it’s about boosting the signal.

  • Right? And also…who needs space between two homes if there are no lawns? Just moosh all the outer walls together.

Come to think of it…that’s gonna result in a ridiculously long line of houses. Maybe we could moosh roofs and bottom floors and stack 'em up a bit to make the line of houses only a half to a third as long, and then leave a little space between Consecutive House Stacks™️ - y’know, so that there’ll room for more windows.

  • You’re not the weird ones. I used to have joint accounts with my then-wife, but I’ll never do that again. Mainly because I will never marry again (ridiculous concept if you ask me - the government charging you money so that they can approve your relationship is bananas to me, and then paying them more to dissolve it if it doesn’t work out), but also because I haven’t met many people out there who manage their own money well, so why would I ever put them in a position of control over the money I earn?

  • The Air Force once injected an unsolved, 1000-year-old mathematical puzzle written in another language into the game Prometheus, and an unemployed college dropout genius who lived with his mom solved it, got recruited to participate in a highly classified mission to the planet P4X-351 where he, a crew of Air Force officers and personnel, and a few civilian scientists ended up being forced to evacuate due to an impending planet-wide explosion (as well as an aerial assault by a band of space pirates) by jumping through a stable wormhole whose terminus was aboard the starship Destiny - an abandoned scientific vessel launched one million years prior by a species known as The Ancients who had planned to use it to travel to the center of the known universe.
