I don't know how you have a "harmonious" family when your family was (rest in piss) Charlie Kirk. Even if he never 'brings up work' during family time, you still have to be aware of what he's done. And you never confronted him? You have to either be onboard with what he's advocating for or a sandbag.
They've all sat at a table with a nazi for decades, and it's pretty clear what that means.
I call it bait entirely because of its audience: it's posted to r/Conservatives.
Satire should be perceivable by its intended audience, such that the audience will interact and enjoy it on that meta-level. The expected audience of that subreddit isn't looking for coded messages to unionize. Unless this post was made entirely for the enjoyment of progressive lurkers, which is not as reasonable to assume.
Just by proximity of thoughts you are aligning Silksong with a "school play" which is purposely and unquestionably inaccurate. What about the execution of Silksong strikes you as amateur or childish?
At least compare two performances made by people the same ages, if you're going to feign a reasonable comparison.
We've plenty of examples of Trump ignoring outlets he doesn't favor. And I wouldn't be surprised if he's outright banned some from attending press events.
You could've stayed on with the belief that you'd mitigate the MAGAts at the very start but you have to concede that they're only dragging you deeper now, not the other way around.
It's the same with progressives and Democrats. I used to believe progressives should stay and help pull moderates and liberals left in the Democrat party. But it's inescapably clear now that mainstay Democrats are completely unwilling to be dragged left, so the left needs to separate. If you stay in the party, you stay complicit with what it does. This isn't a home you built or a nationality you were born into. It's a job you went for and a side you chose; choose a different one now that the current one is soiled.
I managed in 6 years, if I include the associate's degree I got to fix the 2.5 wasted years. And I think going as to undergrad at 18 should be seen as precocious. Backpack around a bit and learn who you are as an independent adult.
Or you might discover you have a lot of unresolved trauma and fall into depressive states easily in the middle of a semester.
If US citizens were to this very day continually encroaching on the small amount of sovereign land they have left? Being complete open with their stance that they intend to colonize every inch of their homeland and oust them from the area entirely? Mobbing and killing native Americans, all backed by the full force of the national military?
I swear I'm not flaming, but what did you think TOP said?
