The one thing I find really sad is his parents Facebook posts being plastered all over the internet. By all accounts this kid had a good life and was doing well, and threw it all away to assassinate a political commentator. That’s just sad.

As for whether he was a left winger or a groyper, why would the same people who were calling for a war against the left suddenly quiet?

You can look at how quickly the right wing politicians have backtracked on the retaliation talk. They wouldn’t do that if this guy wasn’t ideologically one of them.
