  • Blurb could mean either, hence why I asked.

  • AI blurb in Google, or in your own site? The latter is still the company's fault.

    • If you get a lot of snow, a snow blower/thrower for the driveway. If your driveway is not paved, that will be a challenge, so, sheer pins to spare.
    • A good battery charger and rechargeable batteries.
    • An LED lantern, if/when you lose power.
    • Candles
    • Replace the smoke alarms unless you know their age

  • The middle class isn't real. You are either working class or owner class. Anything else is just there to divide the working class in a forever class war with the owner class.

  • FreedomAdvocate? Yeah, username checks out...

  • Not if the instance isn't subject to their jurisdiction.

  • The vast majority of people use the default ISP DNS. This is a very successful type of interference.

  • Some surveillance tools use DNS queries for tracking. Until this can block that, too, having a DNS-based blocker will be crucial for privacy protection.

  • There are easier ways to do this without actively scripting it. Just build something that relies on your account, rather than scripting to check it in order to destroy things. Then you claim ineptitude, rather than malicious intent. It's the "I forgot to create a service account" excuse.

  • I'm pretty sure Apple would exit the UK before complying with that, anyways. The damage they'd take in the global market would far outweigh the value of complying.

  • Would that actually work? I think USPS gets paid to dump unaddressed mail in mailboxes.

  • I think you are missing the part of the intent of the question. Multicast is wasteful in a large chunk of IPv4 range. If it were a smaller range, the leftover IP's would be available for general use.

You're correct in that it wouldn't help for the other reasons OP noted, since CDN's do all that heavy lifting already, and do it better than pure multicast could (geo-location, for example).

  • He'll just shut down USPS for the 6 weeks leading up to the next election.

  • Wow, she got the same deal Acosta got for Epstein? She gonna traffick for POTUS directly, now?

  • Wait till they bring it back online to power AI...

  • Is that a Mario Kart joke?

  • My comment was asking along the lines of companies not giving the employee the choice in having taxes deducted or not.

  • Try telling that to basically any decently sized company.
