    Hey if it works for you, that's great, but afaik there is no medical basis for that claim. There is evidence for exercise beeing good for mental health (I think it was at least twice a week at least 30min).

    Da meine Firma Deutschlandweit agiert, ich bisher null Plan hatte und ich nicht sicher war bei welcher lokalen Gewerkschaft(FAU ist ja basisdemokratisch/dezentral) ich mich anmelden muss, bin ich erstmal bei ver.di gelanded. Wenn ich das Weiterbildungsprogramm von ver.di durchgespielt habe und der Betriebsrat gegründed ist, kann ich ja nochmal wechseln. Aber erstmal heißt es agitieren und lesen/zuhören. :P

  • Laut wikipedia nicht ganz richtig. Generalstreiks waren bisher nicht vom Streikrecht gedeckt, sprich ggv. hätten Firmen Schadensersatzanspruch. Seit es den letzten gab, sind aber Internationale Verträge dazugekommem, weswegen wir das m.M.n. durchaus nochmal versuchen könnten. :D

  • Da musst du mir nochmal auf die Sprünge helfen. Ich dachte das BVerG 2020 hätte den Teil für nichtig erklärt, der Sterbehilfe generell unter Strafe stellt. Aber ist auch nur gefährliches Halbwissen :D
