This is something i feel is good for all Canadians, no matter what side of the political spectrum they are. You might be on top today, nlbut what about tomorrow?

This will bring much needed stability where everyone has a voice, no matter what.

  • Ooohhh, the xth time I see a young generation that actually believe they will succeed and make a difference

I've seen these every year for the past 40 years now, still waiting to see that change!

I'm sorry, I known I'm super cynical with this but be honest. Because this claim is honest too; I do see this every year, and every year it's a bunch of new fresh kids who get enraged at what they see when they look at the world, and they want to fix it and...well, nothing really because rich assholes have entrenched themselves so far that everyone thinks that how the world works now is normal, they can't be touched unless you go full Luigi or something.

I'm really not trying or wanting to be cynical, but I see them every year and it breaks my heart because I know they'll fail. Believe me, if they don't, I'll cheer, I'll dance with them, but they never win, nothing changes for the better, so all I can tell you is good luck, god speed, and kick som ass, and I'll see you later when you've given up because nobody gives a god damn fuck.

  • That appearance alone should be enough grounds for immediate dismissal, if not more. These people are supposed to know better and if they don't, get people that do

  • So in other words, lots of new eyes on these documents, I want to imagine that trump related info will be leaked

  • Yep, only probably more than 30. Also, only when all our power generation has gone CO2 free, so all renewable and nuclear or (one day, one day) fusion.

Until then it's just a waste of power as the power to pull the CO2 out of the air generates more CO2 than you're capturing. If you have partial renewable, like now, routing renewable power to capturing CO2 is less efficient then just routing that renewable power to other places because those other places still will be generating more CO2 than you're capturing.

So until the entire world (except maybe airplanes) is on renewable electricity, don't even bother unless it's for research and making better CO2 capture

  • Oh? And what about news max and oann?

Same shit, of course, but won't anybody think of the poor propagandists?

  • Never?

    When you're dead?

I've seen 70-80 year olds get degrees

  • worst drop in nearly a month

    Ooohhh, I'm scawed now!

Come on, fuck AI and I can't wait for that bubble to explode in everyone's faces, after which we will quickly run to save the rich, but this news is just a weekly update. It went a little less well. Call me when the companies are on fire

  • Just when donald trumps "truth" platform is merging with a nuclear fusion company?

  • We need religious liberation therapy, if anything, to get people out of believing in these harmful fairytales

  • Trump seems increasingly ponderous and reflective in his old age, and lately, he’s been talking about death more often. “I think I’m not maybe heaven-bound,” he said in October. “I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to make heaven.”

Not make it into heaven? My dear boy, Satan has setup an entire circus especially for you

  • What is the difference anyway between vi and vim?

  • Basically drink on "a lie" and drink yourself into a coma within a record three minutes

  • I find it funny to watch these countries having issues with people not wanting to have babies.

There are core reasons behind this, one large one being "raising a child is expensive and all the world's money is being sucked up by billionaires, there is nothing left for children". Another one (for certain countries like Japan and South Korea) is the "work 80 hours a week and never see that family you're supposed to raise"

And governments go like "sooooo, if we cover child birth, you're good, right? What? Still nothing? We tried nothing and we're all out of ideas, how oh how can we solve this?"

Fuck the rich, end the rich. That will get births back to a healthy 2.1

  • I've used Linux Desktop both personal and at work since 2003, I guess I got lucky with where I worked, they always allowed it as long as I could do everything that needed to be done.

Then again, I was either the owner or CTO level for the last decade or so, and just made those decisions myself.

Now I'm trying to push my current company to switch completely to Linux, and it ain't easy. Not because of Linux, that part is fine and whatever easy, but because Microsoft worked hard to ensure you can't escape their fucking clutches.

Moving away from teams, for example, will be a tough one, because most of our customers and government have complety relented to Microsoft, and you MUST use teams to talk to them.

So then what? Use different messengers internally and externally? I'm still not sure how to get rid of that part, but for the rest, we are going off the microshit soon

  • For now they still do...

  • I've seen this particular revolutionary technology come by about once a year for the past two decades or so, so let's say I'm not holding my breath and I will toss this one on the large pile of "bullshit tech articles"

  • Nor ever will

  • This interview is a dramatised reconstruction drawn from historical records, published interviews, technical papers, and documented accounts of Frances Allen’s life and work. It aims to be faithful to known facts while imaginatively presenting how she might have spoken in December 2025, and should not be read as a verbatim transcript.

Wtf? So you made it up and pretend that it's accurate?

    Fuck right off
