Seems you got more out of the horrible link than me :) It is bad.
Having been to many a Chinese Internet cafe 网吧 in China and Japan, they have all run windows. I think steam keeps getting blocked or something by the gov as well. You’re right that piracy is very commonplace in China too. I bet it’s a decrease on steam use not windows.
Still, what a weird way to say less Chinese users. Also simplified Chinese is a written language, why don’t they just say mainland Chinese?
Well, I am asking also security wise. I know most schools snoop. Can they somehow see traffic through ssh or VPN? Or just the protocols, logs, dates, etc
I have a server in my school office. I currently only use it to backup important files. I am asking if running public or private containers on it would be safe and acceptable.
It’s why I laugh at the fact that “quick scoping” is seen as this amazing thing, when in reality the moment you ADS when just vaguely near a target instantly snaps your aim to the target allowing a super easy hit.
IDK which cod you're referring to but in the original MW1-2 quick scoping and trick shots were insanely challenging and a real skill. There was never such assistance that these actions were easy.
