Piracy: ꜱᴀɪʟ ᴛʜᴇ ʜɪɢʜ ꜱᴇᴀꜱ@lemmy.dbzer0.com•Deemix (deezer downloader) running on a Nokia 2.4
2·1 day agoNo, account works fine and it can be “Free”. I’ve used a free account. I wouldn’t recommend using a paid account for this, since you can have problems with ToS.
You get the ARL by checking “Storage” --> “Cookies” --> “Search: arl” (F12 for Developer Mode, or equivalent on Android). The string that comes up should be pasted in settings and saved. Then you can access any album and download it.
Edit: you can only play 30 seconds of any track on Free, but when you download the albums they’ll come complete

Can you tell it to write a whole application and it will do it flawlessly? No. But you can use it to guide your programming at least.

35·8 days agoTry “Contemporary Religious Satanism” and see if it works for you. You’ll find all the problems I’ve mentioned.
Is it a problem to want more options? To want a distributed network of available books for knowledge? Does everything needs to be concentrated in Anna’s Archive? Does it seem without failures to you?
Search for the same book in z-lib. Copyright claims have removed the book!
Don’t you agree people should resist more about this instead of letting everything for the hands of Anna’s Archive? Does this make sense to you?

8·10 days agoI think they’re going for a GitHub/Microsoft approach. Let people enjoy themselves in a nice environment and cut them off if something does not fit/satisfy. Then call it “rogue behavior” to keep the public in check.

Programmer Humor@programming.dev•Me when I enter any website in 2026
238·16 days agoYou know, since we’re on this topic, I think a small LLM powered by tool use would be cool. But things need to be better. For example, will you rely forever on DuckDuckGo that for instance relies on Bing? That’s a bad idea. Someone needs to get CommonCrawl or make new datasets and power it using tool use. Tool use + a small LLM would be useful for many uses that people have for LLMs. That would cut energy use and the need for large DataCenters a lot. Isn’t that what you want?

Piracy: ꜱᴀɪʟ ᴛʜᴇ ʜɪɢʜ ꜱᴇᴀꜱ@lemmy.dbzer0.com•World's largest open library calls for volunteers to scan and preserve physical books as AI companies buy, scan, and destroy them — Anna's Archive says ‘time is running out’ as ‘knowledge is permanent
6·21 days agoMaybe there is a way to do this anonymously? Anna’s Archive deals with books new and old, but maybe that ‘physical-only’ book that has no digital print would be the best place to start?
I remember no-eyes from #ebooks (IRCHighWay) prioritized recommendations of novels (fiction) to expand their available books, so I think that’s the safest type of book to scan?

No. Clearly Fasces is a symbol of Roman superiority. It makes it all the more visible when you mix it with the Roman Salute. Is the Roman Salute supposed to have two diametrically opposed concepts as well? I think not!
So, you get this old Etruscan symbol, mix it with European desire of primitivity from the early 20th century and what you get is fascism.
But you could argue: “Well, the europeans have the right to their History as well, they want to value the place they came from.”. Ok, but there is a relatively small element here of using this concept to bring forward the European Right to Rule the world.
If you’re european, and more specifically live in Rome, you’ll know something about the Roman Empire. That the Holy Roman Empire and the Holy See are Roman! So, they guide the world with the Love of their Ultimate Ruler (God) and bring this “Love” to their “brothers” from other continents!
It’s easy to love when your love kills! When you don’t forfeit and just occupy yourself with winning winning and dicking other people with “Love”.
So, yes, there are not two sides to the Fasces. They are an european primitivist element brought forth for the European “Right to Rule”. Nothing more.

51·2 months agoFrom what we can tell, GDID pretty much had a comprehensive report on Stokes ready before the prosecution even built its case and it was only a matter of connecting the dots. Stokes’ web activity, videogame history, IP addresses, tool usage (including Ngrok), Azure status, and more were logged with timestamps, and were provided to the investigators by Microsoft.
I wish I had information on my videogame history directly from Windows.
